2 cups Sella basmati rice, soaked for 20 minutesWater as requiredSalt to taste½ tbsp Oil1 tbsp Oil2-4 Garlic cloves½ inch Ginger, chopped2 Green chilli, chopped2 large Carrot, peeled, choppedSalt to taste½ tsp Sugar1 tbsp Dark soy sauce1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)1 tsp Aromat powder (optional)Cooked Rice¼ inch Ginger, chopped1 Green chilli, chopped8-10 French beans, chopped2 medium size Capsicum, chopped1 ½ tsp Vinegar2 tsp Green chilli sauce (optional)½ tsp White pepper powder¼ cup Spring onion, chopped1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped

In a pot, add water for boiling, salt to taste, oil and let it boil.Once the water starts boiling. Add soaked sella basmati rice and let it cook on medium heat until 70% cooked.Once done, strain the rice and keep aside for further use.Heat oil in a wok, once it’s hot, add garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute it well.Add carrot, salt to taste, sugar, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and cook for 2-4 minutes.Caramelise the soy sauce a little; stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.Add the Aromat powder and mix.Add cooked rice and saute it.Add ginger, green chilli and toss it.Stir-fry until the sauce is combined.Add french beans, capsicum, vinegar, green chilli sauce, white pepper powder and mix it well.Now, add spring onion, coriander leaves and toss everything well.Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
