Ingredients

  • 65 grams of coriander seeds
  • 15 grams of peppercorns
  • 10 grams of cumin seeds
  • 3 grams of cardamom
  • 3 grams of clove
  • 15 grams of fennel seeds
  • 2 * 2 cm of cinnamon
  • 25 grams of red chillies

Directions

  • Dry-roast the ingredients one by one until they turn aromatic.
  • Cool them.
  • Grind them together into fine powder in a blender.
